The Sucre. label was home to a few pretty important indie pop groups so I went on a mission to get as many of their releases as i could, hoping for a few underground gems. This one by Love Attack Eve is very minimalist indie.. very mellow, coffee shop cafe sort of stuff. Its peaceful, mellow and warm, but without a whole lot of attractive pull to it. Track 3 (タソガレンアイ) would make it into a feel-good indie playlist as it has a little more life to it and some catchy qualities, but the rest of the album, to me, feels a little stale. But you can be the judge of that.
